The first one we got did not work and we had to restore it....BIG disappointment, as my son got this for his birthday. It would not payment, and the in rank made it seem like the batteries were not good because the illumination flashed in the same way that the in rank described as low battery.....but the batteries were brand new, and worked well in other toys! The second one works, and charges (with same batteries). It takes a long time to payment, and the payment only lasts about 5-10 summary depending on surface, etc. On the carpet it drains closer than on the hardwood floors. It's tough to take pleasure in this 5 summary at a time!The controller is VERY twitchy, and reverse has a lag of about 2 seconds (at nominal amount mine does). Also, it is very hard to adjust the speed (forwards and reverse). It seems that you actually have to go full blast....and when you do, it's FAST! Sorry to say, it's harder to power at full speed. Also, the rotary radius for such a tiny rc car is not very forceful. If you do not have a generous room, you actually need to use this outside.I love the anti-roll "contrivance." It does work very well. Sorry to say, they don't seem very lasting, and I'm scared it will go the same as the helicopters we had (into the nonsense after a week of use).This is a levelheaded 3.5 stars. If my controller worked well, I would have extra a further star, but at this fee, there is no wits for so many problems.
